Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: October 9, 2026 (2026-10-09)Last updated: October 9, 2026 (2026-10-09)
CybrGate is a security tool that runs on other people's browsers, which makes how it is used matter. This policy sets the line and explains what happens if it is crossed.
The short version
- Deploy CybrGate lawfully: give your people the notice the law requires.
- Do not attack CybrGate, other customers, or the isolation between them.
- We warn first, then suspend, then terminate, except for severe abuse, which can be immediate.
- Report abuse any time at the support address below.
1 Prohibited uses #
You may not use the Service to:
- engage in any activity that is illegal under laws that apply to you;
- enroll browsers of people without giving them the notice, and obtaining the consent, that the law of where they work requires;
- collect or infer information the Service is not designed to collect, or use findings to harass, threaten, stalk or unlawfully discriminate against a person;
- probe, scan or test the Service, its tenant isolation, or other customers' data for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or attempt to read another organization's data;
- send forged data, replay or tamper with events or policy bundles, or try to bypass seat limits, rate limits, bans or authentication;
- overload the Service, or evade the automated defenses that block abusive traffic;
- distribute malware, operate a botnet, or send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the Service;
- commit fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, or evade sanctions (see Terms, Section 18);
- resell the Service, or reverse engineer it except as the law permits.
2 Lawful deployment to employees #
You decide to deploy CybrGate and to whom. You are responsible for telling your employees and contractors that CybrGate is on their browsers and what it reports, for choosing a telemetry level and retention period that you are lawfully entitled to choose, and for complying with employee-monitoring, works-council and privacy law where they work. CybrGate reports on extensions and on agent-related events, not on page content, but the law may still require notice.
3 Enforcement ladder #
Except where a violation is severe (an active attack on the Service, fraud, or unlawful surveillance of people), in which case we may act immediately, we generally follow a graduated response:
- Warning. We tell the organization's owner what the issue is and ask them to stop.
- Suspension. If it continues, we temporarily suspend access.
- Termination. Repeated or serious violations end the subscription without refund of the remaining period, except where the law requires one.
Automated defenses inside the application block abusive traffic, with escalating bans that expire on their own.
4 Reporting abuse or a vulnerability #
If you believe someone is misusing CybrGate, or you have found a security problem, write to hello@ardynamicsinc.com with as much detail as you can: what happened, when, and how you found it.
5 Cooperation with legal process #
We cooperate with valid legal process, but we can only provide what we hold. See the Privacy Policy for the complete list.
