Accessibility Statement

Effective: October 9, 2026 (2026-10-09)Last updated: October 9, 2026 (2026-10-09)

CybrGate is for security leads and the people they work with, and some of them use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. This page states the standard we hold this site to, what we built, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us about a barrier so we can fix it.

The short version

  • We build this site to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
  • It works with the keyboard alone, reflows to a 360 pixel width, honors reduced motion, and needs no JavaScript to read.
  • It has not had an independent third-party audit, and the extension and admin console are not covered by this statement yet.
  • Tell us about a barrier at the support address below and we will help you complete the task another way.

1 Our commitment #

We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox. It is considered when we design and build, and we fix barriers as we find them or as they are reported.

2 Standard we aim for #

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Version 2.1 AA is the floor that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) case law and the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549) reference; 2.2 adds focus appearance, target size, dragging alternatives and accessible authentication, and we build to it.

3 What we built #

  • Structure. Real headings, landmarks and lists, a skip-to-content link on every page, and a language attribute.
  • Keyboard. Every control is reachable and operable with the keyboard alone, with a visible two-layer focus ring that works on both the dark and light themes.
  • Contrast. Text and controls meet AA contrast ratios in both color schemes. We computed the ratios for every text and background pairing in the design tokens rather than judging by eye.
  • Target size. Interactive controls are at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels (most are 44), and the targets that sit in running text are standard links.
  • Reflow and zoom. The layout reflows to a 360 pixel width with no horizontal page scroll, and respects your browser's text size.
  • Motion. One staggered reveal runs when a page loads, and it does not run if your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Color schemes. A dark and a light scheme follow your system setting.
  • No JavaScript needed to read. The only scripts add a seat estimate, a renewal-consent gate and a Global Privacy Control readout. The diagram on the home page has a text description, and the same steps are written out in the list beneath it.
  • Forms. The one input has a visible label, an error message announced to screen readers, and no reliance on color alone.
  • Plain language. The policies are written to be understood without a lawyer.

4 Known limitations #

  • No independent audit. We have checked contrast mathematically, checked keyboard operation and reflow ourselves, and have not had an external audit or a panel of assistive-technology users review the site.
  • Stripe pages. Payment and the billing or cancellation portal are provided by Stripe on Stripe's own pages, governed by Stripe's accessibility work and not ours.
  • The extension and admin console. This statement covers this website. The extension's popup and the administrator console are separate surfaces, are built to the same standard, and have not yet been assessed on their own. We will say so here when they have.
  • Chrome. The extension's accessibility also depends on how Chrome presents extension UI.

If any of these stops you from signing up, paying or getting support, tell us and we will help you finish the task another way.
