Copyright & DMCA Policy
Effective: October 9, 2026 (2026-10-09)Last updated: October 9, 2026 (2026-10-09)
We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). CybrGate does not publish or host content for the public, so this page also explains what we can and cannot act on.
The short version
- CybrGate stores customers' own extension inventories and events. It does not host or publish user content for the public.
- Send notices and counter-notices to our designated agent below.
- Confirmed repeat infringers have their subscriptions terminated.
1 Overview #
AR Dynamics Inc operates CybrGate, a browser control plane. The data customers send us is their own inventory and event data, visible only to that customer. We do not host websites, files or media for the public. Names of third-party extensions appear in a customer's inventory as factual identifiers of what is installed on that customer's browsers.
2 Designated agent #
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

- Postal address
- [OWNER_CONFIRM: DMCA agent postal address]
- [OWNER_CONFIRM: DMCA agent email]
- Telephone
- [OWNER_CONFIRM: DMCA agent phone]
- Copyright Office registration
- [OWNER_CONFIRM: DMCA registration number]
3 Submitting a takedown notice #
To submit a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it;
- Your contact information: address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
A notice missing any of these elements may not be actionable.
4 Counter-notice #
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before it was removed; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
5 Misrepresentation warning #
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
6 Repeat-infringer policy #
We terminate the subscriptions of accounts that we determine, in appropriate circumstances, to be repeat infringers.
7 What we can actually do #
Because customers' inventories and events are visible only to the customer that owns them, we generally cannot remove third-party content that we never published. We act on notices where we can identify an account and material we hold, and we will tell you where we cannot.
